Welcome to Feverstamps. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fevercollect Stamps LLC, which operates www.feverstamps.us and provides the website, products, content, features, tools, and related services described in these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Access And Account
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and payment information. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
Product Information, Authenticity, And Postal Use
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, quantities, formats, denominations, and condition information. Colors, scale, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product batch.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, products sold as postage stamps are represented as new and unused. Products specifically described as framed, collectible, commemorative, replica, facsimile, display-only, or otherwise limited must be used only in accordance with the description shown on the product page.
Product images may show more than one stamp, sheet, booklet, coil, package, or accessory for presentation purposes. The quantity and format included in your order are determined by the product variant selected at checkout.
Fevercollect Stamps LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). USPS names, trademarks, logos, stamp artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.
Mailing eligibility and postage value depend on the denomination printed on the stamp and current postal rules. You are responsible for confirming current USPS rates, mailpiece dimensions, weight limits, destination requirements, and any additional postage needed before mailing.
We reserve the right to correct product information, update descriptions, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order when information is materially inaccurate or inventory is unavailable.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
We may accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, incorrect product information, unusual order quantities, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
Please review your order, delivery address, email address, selected variant, and quantity before submitting payment. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing begins.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.
Prices, Promotions, Taxes, And Billing
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, compare-at prices, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable sales tax or other government charges. Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is currently offered free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, and one-use restrictions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
Shipping And Delivery
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated shipping timeline:
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 3–4 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days from order confirmation
Business days generally exclude weekends and federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order after the package has been shipped.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact help@feverstamps.us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun.
If an order is lost, materially delayed, delivered incorrectly, or arrives damaged, contact us at help@feverstamps.us with the order number and supporting information. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law.
Returns, Exchanges, And Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To request a return or exchange, email help@feverstamps.us and include your name, order number, reason for the request, and photographs when the product is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.
Eligible returns must be unused, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where applicable. Used, applied, canceled, damaged after delivery, partially used, or materially altered postage stamps are not eligible for return unless the product was defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
For approved eligible U.S. returns, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
After a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Intellectual Property
The Services, including our website design, branding, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, product reviews, software, and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to Fevercollect Stamps LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, download, display, transmit, scrape, sell, license, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, logos, stamp artwork, trademarks, and product designs remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Optional Tools And Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, tracking services, review platforms, or other features that we do not own or control.
Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of third-party services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party tools except to the extent required by law.

The Services may include links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, privacy, security, products, services, or practices of third-party websites.

Relationship With Shopify
Feverstamps is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Fevercollect Stamps LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product descriptions, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, or any dispute between you and Fevercollect Stamps LLC, except to the extent Shopify is responsible under its own terms or applicable law.

Feedback, Reviews, And User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, message, suggestion, idea, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the Feedback, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect the Services, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect our rights or the rights of others.
Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express product representation, return right, or warranty stated on the website or required by law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available at all times.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fevercollect Stamps LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fevercollect Stamps LLC, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of a third-party right, or misuse of the Services.
Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any dispute not otherwise subject to a mandatory dispute-resolution process will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Iberia Parish, Louisiana, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
